Everyday Wellness

Aug 11, 2019

In this episode, we are joined by Michelle Sutphin. Michelle Sutphin is a lyme disease survivor who healed through natural means. Her goal is to spread the word about natural holistic modalities with her story and expertise.

Her journey started back in 2012 when she and her son contracted Lyme Disease and then later on, her husband too. She was given three choices on how to fight back: the antibiotic, the herbal, or the homoeopathic route. In her experience, she found true recovery in the homeopathic route and proceeded to learn more about it.

Today, Michelle is a certified aromatherapist and is currently finishing a masters program in Clinical Herbalism.  She is also sharing her expertise in her private Facebook group Holistic Nova.

Michelle Sutphin tells listeners: “You can’t really be an effective healer unless you have been wounded and have healed yourself and gone through that journey yourself.”
