Dena Jackson is a stand-up comedian and speaker who teaches hatha yoga and meditation. She has performed at various comedy festivals across Canada and the United States. She recently delivered a TEDx talk and has a podcast called the Ego Podcast. She talks to us today about how yoga changed her life and how it helps her with her comedy.
